It is said that with age, comes wisdom, and after reading Today’s GOOD News! article about Dorrie Aber Noyek’s lifetime volunteer efforts, it’s clear that she has a thing or two to teach us all about lending a hand! At 105 years old, Noyek shows no signs of slowing down, and we can’t say enough about her admirable dedication to truly doing good, and living well.
Here are some highlights of our volunteer day at Yorkville Common Pantry! It was such a good reminder of how all the funds we help raise through our auctions go back into the community to help make people’s lives better, and we are grateful to the YCP staff for everything they do!
