What are your New Year’s resolutions?

What are your New Year’s resolutions?

To celebrate America’s Independence, last month the Charitybuzz team sent cards, letters and more to our troops at home and abroad. We’re so excited for the soldiers to receive our care packages tomorrow on July 4th and can’t wait for them to write back!

In between the hot dogs and fireworks tomorrow, we hope you’ll take a moment to thank the soldiers who protect our freedom by serving our country!

3…2…1…
The old year departed, how swiftly it flew,
‘Tis gone, and with rapture we welcome the new;
We trust a bright morning will dawn on your eyes,
And sun beams unclouded illumine the skies.
Then wake from your slumbers, our serenade hear,
We wish you a happy, a happy New-Year!

Happy Birthday, love charitybuzz!

There’s a birthday buzz today, as we celebrate the birthdays of two legends that have made an indelible mark in their respective industries, and in the minds, ears, homes and hearts of fans everywhere. Lifestyle guru and media personality Martha Stewart turns 70 today, and the timeless Grammy award-winning singer Tony Bennett turns 85, both reaching milestones in their lives and careers. We hear Ms. Stewart will be celebrating in her Maine home with close friends and family, while Mr. Bennett will be celebrating with some Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Martha and Tony have accomplished and continue to accomplish so much, and we wish them the happiest of birthday celebrations!
