Somaly Mam, one of our 2012 Visionaries, created this globe for an auction we’re hosting on Charitybuzz.com. The quote on the globe – “Love can heal, love can console, love can strengthen, and yes, love can make change” – is from Mam’s memoir, and the colors of purple and gold symbolize Cambodia.
The proceeds will benefit The Somaly Mam Foundation, a nonprofit that supports the rehabilitation of victims of human trafficking in Southeast Asia.
